Standard License

The Standard License is intended for sole proprietor companies managing and administering claims for a single company, or those not deemed as a third party administrator. This may include one company with multiple locations. Depending on the license purchased, this will allow workstation / server set up, full administrative permissions and privileges for one to six users. This does not include any customization.

Professional License

The Professional License is intended for companies doing business as a professional employer organization or third party administrator. Depending on the license purchased, this will allow workstation/server set up, full administrative permissions and privileges for one to unlimited users, full database configuration and some customization.

Annual Maintenance Plan

All new purchases are provided with a 1 year maintenance plan built in to the cost of the software. However an ongoing annual maintenance plan is available for $399 per year and includes the following:

• Unlimited user assistance
• Unlimited IT Assistance
• All version upgrades and patches released within the twelve (12) month period
• Unemployment insurance tax and compensation change updates
