Annual Maintenance Plan

In order to receive technical assistance for your Watchdog product you must be using version 8 of the Watchdog software, or subscribed to the Annual Maintenance Plan. If your company falls outside of these requirements, you must purchase an Annual Maintenance Plan in order to receive IT support at this time.

Purchasing the Annual Maintenance Plan will allow us to provide you with the latest software version, and assist with your upgrade.

Start by submitting an IT Ticket to our Help Desk and we will respond within the same business day. You must be active with the current version and support plan in order to receive technical support.
